RUI's Service is Outstanding!

Good evening everyone. As the title of the thread says, RUI's service has made me a happy first time customer. Let me explain. Cliff notes at bottom!

I had placed an order for:
2x 25pk 18gx1.5" needles
2x 25pk 25gx1" syringe w/ needles

I had unfortunately only received 48 of the 50 25g syringe with needles. So I e-mailed RUI about the inconvenience with photos of my order. RUI apologized and told me they would ship me two more syringes. Note, in my e-mail to them I stated that it was okay with me and that I was simply giving feedback. They ended up shipping me 50 more syringes free of charge! Holy cow, it was a surprise!

To everyone not using RUI yet, get on it! Their prices are great and their service is amazing! To RUI, thank you for being so kind and I will most definitely be a returning customer!

Cliff notes:
*Order got messed up.
*E-mails went out about it.
*RUI delivers a surprise shipment of more than I had expected.
*RUI is amazing!

YEP!
I feel this way also about RUI. There are VERY few that meet there quality in service and product. So they are one of very few places I would send my money to.
Glad you posted up! alot just post questions or when they are worried about an order, Nice to see just a thank you post from time to time.

I give credit where it's due, my friend. I think RUI handled my order professionally and I am definitely happy with their product and service. It's not often that companies go to great lengths to make a customer satisfied.

I also want to just let all the people who were curious about them let them know it's a great place to buy stuff.
