runner needs help!!!

okay started out in wrong forum was refered to this one maybe someone could help me out im trying to tone up my body am 5,7 134 pounds and would like to add about 4 pounds of quality mass was think about VAr or winne but as an alternate route if anyone could help please do thank you ! :insane2:

okay training schedule, monday- legs, arms /back and after that 30 minutes cardio eliptical
tuesday- legs, abs cardio minimum 4 miles
weds -legs arms/back eliptical 30 minutes
thursday- off
friday - 6miles
sat/ legs arms and abs eliptical 30 minutes
sunday off
i usually use the low weigth high reps schedule but i have begun increasing weight to twice body weight on calf muscles
diet........
breakfast- fruit 2 boiled eggs biscuit and sausage or pancakes
lunch -some type of meat and carbs either rice or pasta
dinner -post work out shake and usually some sort of carb
in between meals- usually eat fruit or small bag of chips
p.s minx you have a beautiful back
 
why do you train your legs everyday???? thats not good at all!! that is over training them big time!! you should do one muscle group per day especially when you are traing to build. you need to spend time working on that muscle...not overtraining it. over training can set you back big time actually slow down your progress!! why dont you train shoulders>???? and im sorry to be harsh your diet is horrible!! you need to eat clean. if you take Anavar (var) or Winstrol (winny) both will make you gain weight and fat if your diet isnt in check!!! sorry sweetie. you seem very dedicated and highly motivated just make some serious changes to your workout and DIET!!!! also is your first time taking anything??? and why would you go straight to drugs??? i think if you cleanup your diet and workout your body would do it on its own.. never resort straight to drugs babe. let your body do its thing first!!
 
What do event do you run? There is no need to training legs ever day, in fact once a week after a speed workout is usually the best day. I would totally skip elpitcal if your training to run any length, its not going to help you be a better runner.
 
well my job requires me too run two miles last timre was a 15:07 the fastest i ever ran it was 14:38 and was looking to top that one of these days, but fave is the 4 mile run. i do 6 miles just for the endurance though , thank you for info shall try out new work out routine :insane2:
