This is what I did and it worked well. YOu should also switch over to propionate for those weeks too. You'll get the most out oif your cycle that way andf you'll also feel your best because yuou'll have test (high levels) in your system right to the end.

Bench is up 25 pounds on a single but to boot this guy is hitting some numbers on his board presses too. I won't mention the numbers now because Mr. Gun is embarressed but when this cycle is over he'll be posting his workouts with pride. It's only a matter of time my friend. :shoot:
 
Week 5

Monday was the start of week 5
I don't known why that is, but when I take the Arimadex in the morning I'm very tired a few hours later. I started taking it at night and I sleep great.

Well the bloat is gone and my stomach measurement went down over 5 inches.
Body weight 227 up 12lbs
Chest 44 1/2"
Bicep 17 7/8 next stop 18"
Waist 38"
Belly button 39"
Thigh 24 1/2"

Bench is up 35lbs in 4 weeks, I know this won't last throughout this cycle, the inevitable wall is coming. I feel great and have no sides to this point.

It's all smoke and mirrrors. The wall you feel commin is due to overtraining not a lack of ability. YOur bench can easiliy continiue to go up 5-10 pounds per week the rest of the time your one cycle and continiue to go up once your off. This is especially true at the point your at as far as weights go. If you were benching 400 pouunds right now i'd say you will hit a poiunt where things will really slow down but where your at. The sky's the limit.
 
week 6

Well not much to report at the start of week six. We did a speed workout Monday, so nothing heavy on bench. All measure up a hair, Body weight is up to 230 for a total of 15 lbs. I added 250mg of E per week to the 500mg of sust. Still feel great and no sides.
 
The difference between .5-1mg a-dex is allegedly negligable so if you are getting the help you need from .6 then stick with it.
 
I stepped up the Arimadex from .3 to .5 when I added the extra 250mg of E. Seems to take care of the bloat so far. I assume the extra 250mg won't kick in for atleast a week.
 
Week 7

Well the start of week 7 didn't go well. I think the combo of extremely hot weather, (105 with the heat index) and hard workouts finally caught up with me. Monday chest workout sucked, first bad workout in several months. When the warm up sets feel heavy you know you’re in for a tough time. Well weight is still up 15 lbs and I plan to rest today and try again on Wednesday.
 
Keep plugginf away. If there were no bad workouts you'd never have a good one. THink about that. Last week for me was bad. I did 585x2 with a touch on both last night. YOu can't have a good one everytime.
 
Week 8

Week 8 started on Monday and all is back to normal. The workouts are back to high intensity and weight is back to wear we left off or higher then at the end of week 6. I really feel 750mg of test to be perfect for me; I noticed the extra 250mg kicking in all this week. All workouts were heavy and felt light. I'm starting to notice more definition in my upper body such as traps, delts, bi's, and pecs. The tape measure seems to be holding but I appear to be losing some BF.
 
week 9

Well Monday started week 9, not much to report, everything seems to be in a holding pattern. Size and weight still the same as week 7, workouts are still strong. Weights remained the same or up slightly.
 
Week 10

Well for week 10, 11, 12 I decided bring back the D-bol, (50mg ed). The fire this gives me in the gym is instant. All the weights seem lighter and bench is up a total of 40 lbs. We started to bench twice a week, Monday light with bands and Friday Heavy, this seems to workout well and hopefully end the cycle with a decent bench. Weeks 11 and 12 will finish with 150mg of prop eod so I can start post cycle therapy (pct) immediately.
 
Actually you need to wait 3 days after the last shot of prop to start post cycle therapy (pct).

Next week we will switch to reverse bands for speed. The % to use is 50% at the chest with the #2 band.

Friday you need to cut the volume and start handling some heavier weight. BTW guys. RG here did 10 sets of 4 with the same weight he was doing for singles before his cycle. Cut the volume back a bit on the heavy full range and do some heavy boards. I have a 4 board at my house on the porch. 3- 4 boards would be good and possibly add bands onto these sets.
 
Week 11

Well today finished week 11. I don't know if it's the return of the D-bol or the introduction of the prop, but I've seen great improvement in growth over the past week. I've never had a week since I started that I've seen such a change in my body. I've gained size while seeing more definition. Since I have enough prop I've decided to extend this cycle one extra week to 13 weeks. The last week will just be prop at the same dosage of 150mg eod, no D-bol.

week 12

Well week 12 is in the bag and this was the last of the 3 weeks on D-bol. One week left with just prop 150mg eod. The week ended with my bench up a total of 55 lbs. I hate to see it end but the very hard workouts are getting to me and my training partner, we've been pushing all out for three months. I'm starting to feel burnt-out, and feel like it's time to wrap it up and back off a little on the intensity. I'll wrap up the log at the end of next week, (week 13) and report back in at the end of post cycle therapy (pct) to see how much I'll keep.
 
the end

Well 13 weeks are over and the start of post cycle therapy (pct) this week, (on weds to be exact). Body weight ended at 230, up 15 lbs.
Arm measurements held at 18" for the last 3-4 weeks as I started losing noticeable BF, total gain 1", chest was up a total of 2" ending at 45 1/2,waist was down a total of 1 3/4 at 36 1/2" and thigh’s were up 1" at 26". I'm happy with the results of my first cycle at age 40 and learned what my body seems to like and respond to, and at what dosages. The next cycle will be even more productive from what I've learned.
