s-4 help??? I want to do this the right way. ANY suggestions?

I am a total newbie. I want to lose about 15 - 20 lbs. I'm 40 and my metabolism has slowed down tremendously. I just received some s-4 today. I want to do this the right way. ANY suggestions?

For someone looking to drop some weight the GW501516 looks very promising for sure!

Yeah I would say GW501516 and even ostarine. S-4 will cause a vision side effect causing like a yellow haze. Lots of guys use ostarine while cutting BF but your diet should be used to cut and the SARM or whatever to help retain muscle mass.

GW at 5mg has shown to increase metabolism in obese makes helping drop weight.

I am definitely gonna look into that as well. I just ordered OEP to help. I had and intestinal infection a year ago today and my stomach looked prego. I usually don't have a problem getting to where i want to be but the extra body fat i can't get rid of... i think some of it is age.
