Well guys idk what its with women but i went up to a girl at school(in college she doesn't have a boyfreind) and i asked her out and i said if she had plans for weekend she said yes so i felt like shit! because she made it look like she liked me always staring at me sometimes r eyes would meet so i dont really get her i didnt talk to her before but going out i mean it doesnt mean i want to be her BF(i do but after i get her trust) or that i want to have sex

Well it might be but idk her phone rang at the exact time she said she had plans. But i asked her really she didnt answer and i walked away but idk
She sure likes staring at me shirtless made it seem more convincing but if shes after my body then she can fuck off i sent her a request on FB if she accepts it means she likes me and actually has plans and if not then she is lying

What the hell are you on about? Maybe she did have plans. Maybe she's staring at you thinking 'he keeps staring at me' maybe she's gay.. You don't know anything unless you just lay it on the line and say exactly what you want. Speculating gets you nowhere.
