Safe/Effective to run Letro same time as IGF?

No one has answered this question on any forum.... Could you run both letro and IGF lr3 at the same time?

I am currently taking 1mg letro per day for gyno. I was planning to start IGF lr3 for tendon injury rehab (at 30mcg per day). I was just wondering whether:

1. They are safe to run together?
2. Will IGF still be effective at all with low estrogen?

Well i did hear that letro could reduce IGF levels.. Not sure if this is conclusive... So maybe it will just be not quiet as effective but not harmful? I just want to heal injuires and cure gyno as timely as possible.
