I am trying to loose bodyfat, just started using clen about a week ago, doing cardio for an hour a day, morning and evening, have upped my protien, am i doing enough to loose the fat particulary from stomach and hips? :)
 
I'D say yes :) anymore than your doing would be over training because of your weight workouts in between cardio,just time diet & hard work now Sara!

Doing the diet and the cardio? Then it sounds like you are on the right track. We're interested to hear about your progress as well.

Check the blood pressure periodically since the Clenbuterol can raise it. Might want to take some Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) at night to ensure the those beta-2 receptors don't become downregulated from the clen as well.

Could you be a little more specific.

If all you did is up your protein (as far as diet goes) that may not be enough. Carb manipulation and timing is something you should think about.
 
How many calories are you eating? Some people like to create a huge calorie deficit... but personally, if you are doing that much cardio, I would eat very close to maintenance. You should do some freeweights too. That will spare more lean body mass.
 
look at the cutting sticky.i have been dieting for about 3 weeks and started to follow the sticky pretty much,and i have not been on the scale but i can tell by the mirror and my weight belt fits alot better.
