Funny you ask, because someone asked me the same question yesterday. They thought it was weird that I wasn't all Emo like last time. My response was, I'm taking a sarm with pct and I'm mentally prepared for it. I also mentioned that tren was my last cycle and it was pretty harsh on my body.

but if I compare it directly to last pct.

I was severly depressed and unmotivated, this time the only thing I've been is depressed cause of this Deload week. (Not as motivated as in cycle tho)

I Lost a lot of strength last cycle. I specifically remember putting up 275x2 then during pct not even being able to do 245(I even had a hard time with 225), this time I'm setting new PRs and crushing iron.

I lost more weight 195 to 215 back to 205
This cycle 205 to 222 sitting at 217atm

Last cycle diet 4500-5000 cals
This cycle diet 5500-6000 cals
 
Thats crazy. Yeah im sure being mentally prepared helps a ton. You seem to be eating a lot more so im sure that is helping you keep your size. Im assuming the 531 is helping solidify your gains also? The osta definitely seems the way to go during pct
 
5/3/1 mentally messes with me and gets me pumped up. Just having exact numbers laid out and you try to smash it on the last working set, really does make you push it to failure.
Although I trained hard before and more frequently I just like a good routine and switching it up.

I'd be surprised if I recover so I'm not holding my breathe on that.

Are you still doing 25mg a day? Are there any benefits in going higher?
Still at 25mg and I'm not sure if more is more. This kind of fell into my lap right as I was about to start pct (thanks to sarmsearch.com). I probably should spend more time researching the compound but I'm a don't fix it unless its broke type of guy, and this stuff is clearly working.

Honestly I don't have any signs of bein on pct.
I'm going to get blood work Monday for shits and giggles.
I'm sure my test levels will be tanked considering I've never seen them over 300 with out injecting test in my body.

Oh Torem is finished up also. I'm going to get bloods soon And see how everything is going with osta roaring in my system for 4 weeks.

So I'm at
2nd meso cycle / 2nd week
Starting 5week of osta at 25mg

Diet is still at 5000 calories
450g carbs
200g fats
350g protein
60g fiber

My weight dropped to 213 this morning(217 now)which was/is surprising. My diet was alittle off over the weekend but I figured the not so clean stuff I ate would have kept the weight around. Guess not. But I looked a lot leaner in the mirror this morning, which is fine I would rather prefer to float above 215-220 tho. :/
