Yeah I prolly have 4-5 days worth left. Which seems about right because I cracked this bottle open 3-4 days before I should have technically finished the other bottle. It prolly has alittle to do with my plunger not having any numbers on it and I just pull all the way back since its a cc plunger, plus that dropper every time you pull it out and set it down it loses alittle.
As a cost reduction for sarms search I suggest they get dropper less lids and make people fend for their own. LoL.

I'm floating 212 (+\- 2#) it seems. I haven't seen 209 so I'm happy. That means I've managed to
maintain at least 10lbs. Which is pretty good.

I took measurements but for what ever reason I can't post Any pictures. Which is really dissappointing

Today was the start of my 3rd meso cycle (week9) 7 of those weeks with osta which I'm currently out of.
"I think" I could have achieved maintaining my gains to where I float now (212#) just off my diet and training(both in check compared to other cycles).
But I'm 110% sure osta has been responsible for all of my strength gains.
I call them gains because I technically gained strength while on pct. which never happens, especially with creaking joints from low estrogen and a test level under 200 and coming back from not bein able to squat for a month.
It's also safe to say osta kept me mentally focused and in the game.
My bro even made a comment because he seen me during other pcts fall hard.

If I could post pictures I would(I'm pissed they all got deleted). Ill be taking my post osta/pre cycle pictures one if these days (which won't show much but a bf% drop), but ill also be able to post my measurements Which shows I lost very little size.

As I said from the beginning this is a bridge now its time for the real fun.
EOD 60cyp 100 tren A 100 mast P (planning 8-10weeks as of now)
Ill also be hiring 3J to run me through a carb cycling lean bulk diet until my real bulk season.

Ill be recommending Sarmsearch and osta to just about everyone.

Oh and before I forget. I was taking 1.1cc of osta since the start :/
I just got a new dropper with actually lines on it. Quick match up revealed I was on about 27mg of osta.
Doubt that was the dececiding factor, but with no sides I think it's okay.
 
Personally .. I'd like to see these logs with a simple and consistent strength test.

Forget the one rep max.. Bench press your body weight and see how many reps u can do.. With a good cycle you will find you are gaining weight, thus adding more weight to your body weight presses.. But you'll also find your doing more reps.. A good indicator of strength gain testing the whole muscle fiber.

It also helps with determining strength loss post cycle.. Example: I was benching my body weight by 20 reps end of last cycle.. Now I'm only hitting 15 reps with same weight (note; I only lost 3 lbs of water weight since cycle.. So I'm using same weight set up)

Well I just stepped on the scale and for what ever reason I shot back up to 218.6.
I'm slight surprised by this as its only my 3rd pin at half doses.
I was so surprised I measured myself at least 5x.

Well see what happens I can't imagine rebounding like this,my diet is the same.

Well talk about rebounding.
When I said I was 218.6 that was after a long day of stuffing my face.
I hopped on the scale today and its either stuck at 218.6 or in one week I've pretty much bounced back to my cycle weight.
This bridge was highly effective for maintaining gains.

Not effective for recovery but it gave my body a nice 8week break.
 
I have no problem recovering on Osta

Well under my circumstances that pct with Osta wasn't enough.
And for the record I've never recovered even from my first cycle of test only.
Had I been intelligent and did what everyone should do and got pre first cycle ever blood work. I would have prolly learned I was already a low T type of guy.

Also I promote Osta it works. You want strength gains it will give you that for sure.
