Ok, so I upped the dosage to 40mg and was able to do a long run that went really well. My GPS tracked me much faster than I thought I was going. I usually aim for a 10minute mile on long runs and at the end, my average was 9:22 which is pretty significant for me after 15 miles of running. I would say that the higher dosage did have a better effect on overall running performance.
Body weight is a tad lower this week at about 2-3lbs, I've been trying to lower my carbs but still need them for my daily runs.
I plan on another long run this Sunday which will most likely be my last dose as my bottle is nearing empty.
I'll give an update on the run and post up a pic Sunday night or Monday.
One thing I wonder is if 1 month is too short to run this compound to see results. It may be better to do a 2-3 month cycle to really see the benefits kick in, similar to a long ester AS.
