Here is my GW-50 Log, courtesy of Sarms Search!

My stats:
height - 6"2
weight - 93kg / 205lbs
bodyfat - approx. 15%

Goals: Going to cut down to around 12%... maybe go lower after that.

Gw-50: dosing 20mg a day, split into 10mg am and 10mg pm.

Started my cut 2days ago, doing a PSMF style diet consisting of 270g protein, 20g carb and 20g fat, or there abouts. Last time I ran this diet the fatigue hit me around day 3. Today is the morning of day 3, no fatigue in sight as yet. Feeling pretty great actually. I'm going to run this from now, right through until after PCT is over. I start PCT in about two weeks.

Took my first dose of GW-50 yesterday. Took 20mg about an hour pre work out, then another 10mg before bed. Figured I'd give it a bit of a kickstart.

Training day 1:
So after drinking the GW-50 (taste isn't THAT bad btw - but you will need to chase it lol) I hit the gym for a full body workout. I'm only training three times a week on this diet. This is what I hit yesterday:
Bench press: 3 x 12reps
Deadlift: 3 x 8reps
Pull ups: 2 x 12reps
Compound bicep curl: 3 x 8reps
Tricep pulldown: 3 x 8reps
Squats: 3 x 15reps
Military press: 3 x 8reps

To get a better idea of what the GW50 is doing for me I'm going to be comparing my training sessions with my sessions from last time I ran this diet. I distinctly remember feeling like I was going to feint about five or six times last time. Yesterdays session I only felt like feinting maybe twice... after the last two sets of Squats. Normally this workout takes it out of me pretty hard, as I keep intensity high as possible, maximum weights and only 60seconds rest.
I'm not sure how quickly GW50 kicks in, so this could be entirely placebo but I definitely felt like I maintained more energy during this session. There was at least two exercises where I'm positive I squeezed out an extra rep or two that I normally wouldn't have been able to. After my training session I went to work, a 10hour shift of walking/running around up and down stairs etc... Didn't get ANY fatigue at all, no shortness of breath at all... which is surprising. At the very least that first dose has aided my cardiovascular endurance. Again, this is just speculation... It could also be due to glycogen retention from my diet break (but I'm doubtful.)

Either way, if this is only the beginning I'm pretty excited about what's to come!

I will be updating this log each training day, and every other day I feel any changes or effects from this SARM. I'll do my best to make it interesting/funny (though I can't promise to be on par with Matt) so WATCH THIS SPACE!!

Well day 4 of severe caloric restriction today. I feel amazing! Unbelieveable that fatigue hasnt hit me yet, I'm sure the SARM must be taking effect. I had very little sleep last night (about 3hrs) , woke up feeling alert and ready to go. This is pretty unusual for me even with 8hrs sleep, I am definetly no morning person.

Gonna head to gym after work, feeling on top of the world, gonna go tear some weights apart!!

Judging by your waist line u look more in the higher teens in bf, give it a week or 2 with carbs and fats set that low, goodluck with your strength man

Fair enough, it can be hard to judge bf % by eye so your probably right. Thanks brother, pretty sure the GW will help maintain the strength. Didn't suffer much strength loss on my last run on this diet so see how I go.

Yeah i have been on a test only cycle, im about 1.5-2weeks or so out from PCT. Will have to check on exact start date. Once that clears it'll be just the GW solo.

Had my second training session since starting the GW-50. Work been messing me around a bit, switching me from day shift to night shift three times this week. Have to say though considering my severe deficit and lack of sleep, fatigue has still not been an issue. I have to assume the GW-50 is definetly helping in this department. Last time I did this diet fatigue hit pretty hard from days 4-6 (day7 is refeed day.) Halfway through day 6 now and no sight of fatigue. If that was the only effect it had I would say its definetly worth the money!

However, my training session today was pretty killer. I'm experiencing the muscle fatigue/burn towards the end of the set where it feels like I couldn't possibly push another rep out - and still managing to push out another 2-3 reps after where I wouldn't normally be able to.

Absolutely loving that effect, as it is enabling me to work with more weight (higher intensity) yet still stay in the same rep range I'm aiming for. It's kinda hard to describe the feeling.. It's like the muscle is running on empty but still functioning if you get my drift?

Todays session was the same, full body workout. High intensity 60 seconds rest between set... And heres the golden part... No feeling like I was gonna feint today! All in all, very impressed with this particular SARM's effects so far. At the very very least it offers the ability to remain in a strict severe deficit and hard ass intense training sessions with none of the usual negatives sides that comes from that (fatigue, light headedness, lack of motivation etc.) whilst still maintaining my busy work schedule.

So far, I'd definetly recommend GW-50 to anyone wanting an extra edge!

Weirdly starting to enjoy the taste of the GW-50 lol. At first I hated it... it's grown on me now. No chaser needed anymore.. it has a warm sensation to it. Not bad at all.

At the gym though, absolutely amazed. Had another full body workout yesterday.. absolutely killed it!! Have this feeling in the gym now that I just can't be stopped. Every session I'm adding more reps/more weight. It's getting ridiculous... Especially doing pull ups feels amazing! A week or two ago I could barely manage two sets of 5-6 reps of pull ups. Yesterday got in first set pumped out 12 reps, perfect form... Lats started burning around the 5 or 6 rep mark but I just couldn't stop. Amazing feeling... My muscles seem to just keep on working. Had to force myself to stop at 12 reps. Second set was just as good, didn't hit 12 reps but still felt amazing.

Bicep curls feel just as good. All my compound movements, squats, deadlifts, military press.. everything feels awesome. It's like each training session I can just add another 2-5 reps on to each exercise.

This might not sound THAT amazing... but when you consider that I'm current on an approx. 1600 calorie DEFICIT... and still adding a couple extra reps EVERY session so far since starting GW-50... FUCKING AWESOME! I kind of expected to lose some strength... not increase!!

Another 5 days til I do a weigh in and take my measurements + photos. Will be interesting to see how much body fat I've lost over this two week period. Also I'm considering delaying my PCT for another couple weeks so that I can keep this cut going. I'm just starting to really feel the full effects of this SARM and considering I'm doing a log for SarmsSearch I'd like to give it a proper run. If I go into PCT in a weeks time as planned, I'll have to eat at maintenance and I don't think I'll be doing the GW-50 justice.

You actually have a great body to begin with. Continue to train and eat. I hope to see progress pictures within the next few weeks. You are going to have to have made pretty decent results.

Thanks brother! Yepp another 5 days i'll have some new photos up... Will be puttin up progress pics and measurements each fortnight. Pretty excited for my next weigh in lol :D

Pretty great! Just had two rest days so back to the gym again tomorrow! Forgot to take my morning dose today, definetley felt more fatigue whilst running around at work. Absolutely love that effect of GW - so easy to maintain a busy ass lifestyle whilst being strict on my diet and training hard.
Next update will be tomorrow after my session... Stay tuned!!

It sure is! I missed gym today tho... Slept in. Work has moved me back to nightshift, the lethargy from diet and not sleeping properly has started to set in. Today and yesterday struggled to get out of bed. It's weird, so sluggish and weak when I'm trying to wake up but once I'm on my feet I'm good to go. Run around all night at work no issues. I think the waking dose must set me straight for the day. I think I just need more quality sleep. Have tomorrow off tho so will be smashing the gym then... And then back to day shift (again.) hopefully once I'm back on days the lethargy will disappear...

DEFINETLY would be struggling all night without the GW-50. I'm thanking the heavens (and SarmsSearch) for it right now.

Okay, had my final training session on a cutting diet the other day. Powered it out! Every session has been more intense, more weight or more reps since starting GW50. Some really impressive strength/muscle endurance gains over the last two weeks.

Unfortunately my PCT started today. So no more cutting :(
In the last 1.5-2weeks I have accomplished a decent fatloss for such a short time frame... All while INCREASING intensity in the gym EVERY session (thanks SS.)
Current stats:

Scale weight: 90.7kg
Neck: 15.75in
Waist: 33.5in

Down from 92.9kg , neck: 15.75in, waist: 34.5in.

So thats 2.2kg weight loss and 1 inch off the waist... In approximately 1.5-2weeks. Pretty good results for a super short time frame. I wish i had more time... 2-3more weeks and I'm sure I'd have hit my goal. Alwell.

In summary, I really think I owe SarmsSearch BIGTIME for the GW. The last 2 weeks would have been an absolute struggle just to work a normal schedule... Let alone working double shifts, changing from night to day shift 4 times in the past fortnight all while training three times a week and getting stronger.. And only consuming 1300calories a day.. All from protein... It's really unbeleivable how much of a godsend this SARM has been to me.

Plans from here on out will be.. Eat at maintenance for the next two weeks.. Aim for continueing my strength increases and then bulk after that! Heres hoping I don't put too much fat on... I'll be back to finish my cut as soon as I'm fully recovered

Hit a trainin session yesterday. Full body workout. I purposely skipped my GW-50 dose that morning and the night prior to see if I could feel the difference. Big time! Felt far more lethargic and sloppy in the gym. Kinda like that full body fatigue that drains the motivation outta you. All I wanted to do was head home and climb into bed. Almost like a stimulant crash... This could be a mixture of being in PCT with test levels in the gutter, lack of the GW and lack of sleep though.

That being said I'm pretty positive it would have been a far more intense session with the GW. Dosed it again this morning and gonna continue with my protocol as per normal. Ill report back how my training goes tomorrow.
