S-4 day 1
Weight – 171.4 (that was this afternoon upon waking)
What up people!!?? Great to be logging over here again! It’s been a while, and I’m definitely looking forward to running this & seeing what happens! First & foremost, I need to thank psizzle_8 and the people over @ Sarms Search for giving me this opportunity. This is a compound that I’ve been reading about and wanting to try for a while now, but have always made up excuses to run something else. Time to give this an honest go and get after it!!
My training will be a little different than what I’m normally accustomed to. A buddy of mine lost a bunch of weight, so he decided he wanted to run the Crescent City Classic 10k (New Orleans). I told him that if he runs it, I’ll be right there next to him! WTF was I thinking??? I hate cardio as it is, and especially hate running!!! LOL.. My knees, shins & ankles are killing me!! Time to look for some better running shoes!
I’ll be running every other day w/ some ab work thrown in. On the other days, I’ll be hitting the weights w/ an emphasis on reps & endurance. I started dieting down in Jan because I was my fattest ever! I hit 185 & decided enough is enough. This 10k will help keep me motivated/disciplined and also help lean me out for the beach this summer!!
My diet is getting cleaner every day. As of today, I’m giving up all alcohol for Lent. I may have a small glass of red wine every once in a while, but other than that, I’m drying up. I’m trying to keep my diet as keto as possible, but w/ two small kids in the house, the wife tries to cater more to their needs than mine.. lol..
I’m going to try & update at least once per day on this to let you know what I’m feeling and seeing both in and out of the gym. I’ve already taken 2 doses of 25mg each. Stuff tastes HORRIBLE!!! Lol.. We don’t take it for the taste though, right!!?? I’m seriously hoping to avoid the yellowing of the vision, especially since I work a lot of nights.. But, hey, if we wanna play, we gotta pay, right?? I’ll more than likely keep my dosing @ 50mg a day, split in 2 doses. If I’m not getting any sides, I may consider bumping it up a little.
I’ll try & get a before pic up w/in the next couple of days. Thanks to those that follow this. Feel free to comment or critique as you see fit!
