Saw Palm. for Prostate swelling and enlargement

I've read a study that says "For BPH, a daily intake of 320 milligrams of saw palmetto split into two doses will help , but it might take up to 6weeks to work" .

I was wondering is there any other safe herps or medications that can help , and have a faster affect on the prostate , and is it possible to cycle again if i still have prostate issues by using DHT blockers .thanks

OP, have you been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate? Did a doc do a DRE (finger in the rectum) to check it? I think that would be hard to self-diagnose because some of the symptoms can overlap with other problems.
