Any recommendations on saw palmetto? I have prostate issues and saw palmetto helps quite a bit. I know SP blocks DHT up to 40%. I was thinking of taking just 160mg daily. It has hurt my sex drive in the past. But that was before TRT. Any advice appreciated. THANKS
