Scar Tissue seems to be the issue

I posted earlier about why the plunger wont go down.
Saw some older posts that its probably scar tissue.

Do I have any health concerns with scar tissue? Possibly why my low back hurts?
Is it bad to inj into scar tissue?

Scar tissue isn't vascular, so the odds of "distributing your injectable payload" is low.
