Scared to inject by myself, dont wanna hurt myself, tips?

My view on this is that sub-q works and is all the rage now but I won't do it for the mere fact that the product you are injection is designed for intra-muscular use and until there are multiple long term studies done on SubQ use with AAS its not for me.

That's just my opinion take it or leave it makes no nevermind to me.

I guess it's a bias I have from being a medic and seeing the types of infections sub q I junctions have caused over the years. That coupled with people not knowing how to properly inject sub q gives me some worries.
