can someone give me a good schedule for working out like a good not cutting schedule but a bulking training schedule thanks.
 
I do heavy everything....my core trining consists of flat benh and incline with no dumbells, just the straight bar...squats...and deads..i do alternating dumbell curls and straight bar curls as well as preachers...i vary the schedule up a bit also, and days, i work all the muscles, but to grow and blow up my strength, i do the above...but i do not neglect isolating muscles either...

if i were you i might go

Monday : Bench press
Bicep curls
Deadlifts

Friday:Squats
Barbell or Dumbell Rows
Standing calf raises

this is a pretty basic routine but i think it works just remember to do abs like 2sets for 30reps either before the workout or after but this is just what i think
