I'M GETTING READY FOR A SHOW IN MACRH, I'M STILL TOSSED WITH WEITHER TO TRAIN HEAVY RIGHT UP TO THE SHOW ? OR GET MORE REPS ?MY GOOD BRO SAYS DIET AND CARDIO ARE ALL I NEED TO ZERO IN ? HE'S SMART! BUT I'M STILL HOLDING ON TO MY OLD FUCKED UP WAYS AS WE ALL DO ! SO I NEED SOME FEED BACK ! MY LAST SHOW I WASN'T HARD ENOUGH!!! I STILL CAN'T DIAL IT IN AND I DONT WANT TO FUCK IT UP THIS TIME ANY THEORIES????

Okay firstly, can you please remove your "CAPS LOCK". There's no need to yell...lol
Well, your friend is incorrect in telling you not to worry about lifting heavy. You are quite a way from your show so you should continue to train heavy. What sort of rep range are you working at now?
I would agree that your diet and cardio will help dial you in for the show. what is your current level of bodyfat or could you post a pic so we can see what you look like now?
Are you currently using any supplements and/or anabolics?
If you could answer those questions, it would be most helpful.
Cheers,
Fyre

As you get closer to the show, yes you will have to change your workout routine accordingly. Are you working with a trainer now or are you doing it alone?

count down
