Chest day boys and MAN, super pump, vascularity outta control and look super grainy!!! Lovin it!!!

Ok so started off with seated horizontal HS press 2plates ESx12 2plates and a 25 ESx10 3plates ESx8 drop 2 platesx8 drop 1 platex12

Incline DB press 3x8 75 last set droped to 50x8 then 30x8
Cable flys 4x12 50 2 low 2 high
Decline MTS press one arm at a time 3x12 70 superset with pushups 12 reps each set

Overhead DB ext 3x8 35 last set drop to 25x8 then 15x8
V bar pushdowns 3x12 140
Underhand cambered bar pushdowns 3x12 50 (different cable set up making weight seem much heavier
Dip machine 2x12 150 very slow reps with a 1sec squeeze

Feeling VERY good, appetite is WAY up water intake is way up. No negative side effects from the Tren except a few hot flashes and I had the night sweats only one night. No cough yet or anything else so im pleased with all of that. Mast is making me feel very good, libido is up and sense of well being is at all time high.
 
Awesome love hearing some guys with moderate sides on Tren. I know you are killing it brother. Keep growing son!!!!!

yikes! I can't stand em. I pin igf-1 in my pecs pre wo with 29g and i dread it every time. Which part of the pec do you stick it?
 
Shoulder Smash today!!!

I kept the weights relatively light all reps were 12 a set and nothing too fancy as my shoulders grow with ease and man did they get swollen, I looked like someone else in the mirror.

DB press to start 25x25 45x20 55x15 (65x12 drop 45x12 drop 25x12)
DB front raises 20x12 25x12 30x12 (I did these with a hammer grip and I brought them across my body instead of straight out, after playing around at home and moving my arm around with no weight I found I could get a much better squeeze and contraction if I did that, so I did that)
Cable side laterals 4x12 30
Bent over one arm rear delt raises with cables 3x12 20
High rope pulls 3x12 100

Standing DB curls 3x8 40
Bicep machine 3x12 60
Concentraion curls 3x12 20 each set was 3 normal reps then one slow until I reached 12 reps

So a couple of things. I seem to not really lose my pump after the gym it seems to me I just keep the pump and just keep getting bigger with each workout. Possibly the increased nitrogen retention (or the multitude of other benefits) from the Tren? Who knows. I also seem to be gaining muscle while looking leaner and Im actually eating more. Ive increase sodium a bit upped carbs and protein has stayed roughly the same maybe slightly higher. Macros? I dont know, at this point im just eating and I feel like a bottomless pit. But either way things are happening very fast and its awesome.

Back for legs again tomorrow with a buddy and its gonna get killed.

Leg day today and we killed it as usual!

Warmed up with 4 sets of leg ext worked up to 225
Front squats 135x12 185x10 225x8 225x8
Leg press 6 plates ESx12 7plates ESx10 8plates ESx8 each rep has a 3 sec negative
Leg ext 3 sets of triples (160x10 100x8 60x10) we did that 3 times
Lying leg curls 60x15 80x12 100x12 (120x6 90x6 60x6 40x6)
Adductor superset w/ abductor 2x12 100lbs each exercise

No calves today as mine still felt like they had knives in them from last leg day. My legs were still sore period actually but not too bad so just did them anyways, I need them to grow, and they are with hitting them every 4 days or so.

Back and bis tomorrow then a few days rest.

WG pulldowns 105x15 135x12 165x10 195x8 into a triple drop behind the neck pulldowns
Iso lateral HS high row 2plates ESx12 2 and a quarter ESx10 3 plates ESx8 drop to 2 plates for 8 drop to 1 plate for 12 1 sec hold on each rep at contraction
CG cable rows 180x12 195x10 210x8 225x8 triple drop at the end of this
MTS low row 3x8 70 ES triple drop
High straight bar pulls superset w/ pulldowns 3x12 100

Standing DB curls 3x8 40 superset w/ bend over single arm concentration curls 3x8 20
Reverse grip BB curls 3x12 50

Thats it boys. I need some days of rest now im burned out so ill be back at er either sat or sun!
 
So guys, I have entered a new phase, I am the new rep for AML. Which I am very excited about. I just want to give a shout out to GOTgrowth and PSL for giving me the opportunity to use their gear and show some results. This log was a lil mix of PSL and AML from the start, but from here on in will be strictly AML. So, its on to new things for Schredder and may the log continue!!
