On another note I think I may have broken one of my toes. I stubbed the fucker HARD on a chair in my house and heard a crunch and it is quite painful lol. Ill have to wait till morning to see if theres any bruising but ive broken many bones and id say its broken by the way it feels. But, broken toe or not I wont miss a beat in the gym!!

I mights be good Ben, Ill have to see. But if I o ly use the balls of my feet to push and zero help from the toes (which is what I do anyways) I should be fine.I'm guessing training calves will be tough if it is broke though?

Boxing day back blast today. Last week went to complete shit, worked nights only trained once didnt eat very good or very much butcame back strong, I still look very full and lean and vascular and havent lost any weight (thanks Tren)
So it went like this
Rack pulls warmup+315x8 365x8 405x8
MTS low row 3x8 100 triple drop on last set
Wide grip pull down 4x8 180
Close grip cable row 3x8 210
Reverse pec deck 3x12 135 triple drop on last set
Concentration curls 25x12 30x12 35x10
Hammer curls 3x10 40
Straight bar cable curls 3x12 100
Standing behind the neck cable curls 2x12 40

Never heard of rack pulls. Just youtubed it will be implementing it on back day instead of dead lift.

Oh man, be aware once you try Tren, if you can handle it all other compound will be ruined lol other than Mast of course lol. Tren is the god of all compounds. Add Mast you it and serious things happen FAST!!
You can pretty much blast at your leisure. Its not a matter of staying shut down for too long any more. What the main concern with blasting while on TRT is basically IMO staying healthy....E2, hemocrit, BP, liver, kidneys etc etc. I waited 12 weeks between my last blast and this one and will probably do the same again due to the length of the blast being fairly long. But with all that said 12 weeks is a safe length to drop down to TRT dose. I would definitely take into account how harsh the blast was too and base time off on that.I did a poorly planned cycle right before I joined here and man it was intense for sure. 500mg test E and 400mg tren e I can only assume it was what it said on the label and man I was a beast. I was thinking about picking up some mast from what I see most guys use those three in a stack but going to do it right thus time.
I wI'll start with the test and tren a I got a just incase I can't handle the sides so it will clear quick ( which I didn't know till being here and educating myself). If all goes well I'll cruise for a while then add mast and see how that goes.

Also how ling should one blast for? Thats another personal decision. 12-20 weeks is probably the most ideal but advanced users might go way longer but monitor blood work throughout and base coming off on that. I know guys who, if nothings wrong, dont drop back down. As soon as a red flag shows up in blood work they drop back down. That can be risky so I wouldnt recommend or suggest that to anyone.
