Schredder's cycle log............

So guys, I have entered a new phase, I am the new rep for AML. Which I am very excited about. I just want to give a shout out to GOTgrowth and PSL for giving me the opportunity to use their gear and show some results. This log was a lil mix of PSL and AML from the start, but from here on in will be strictly AML. So, its on to new things for Schredder and may the log continue!!

How did this come about? Did an AML rep see your log?
 
So hit some chest and tris last night, just a small maintenance workout I guess you could say as I had a very long day.

Started out with cable flys
2 sets up high 2x15 60ES
2 sets down low 2x12 50ES dropped to 30ES for 22 more reps
Incline HS 4x8-10 2 plates ES
Flat DB press 4x8-10 65 last set dropped to 40 for 8 pause reps then 25 for 8 more pause reps
Peck dec (I did this in a unique way I came up with but much to hard to explain) 3x12 100

Over head DB ext 3x8 35 last set dropped to 20lbs for 8 more pause reps
Vbar pushdowns 3x8 150 last set triple drop down to 100 then to 60
Cable kickbacks 3x12 20 superset with reverse grip pushdowns 3x12 60

So just a small easy workout, I was burned out from work but wanted to get a bit of work in. The pump was still crazy. I am starting to notice MORE vascularity and the hard grainy look is starting to come along as well!!

I am getting night sweats pretty good this time around with Tren even at 400mg per week. I dont much care to waking up damp or in wet sheets but OH WELL, its a small price to pay. Other than that no sides whatsoever.

In a side note, there is a guy ehos trained at the same gym as me for quite some time. He a competative BBer who actually does really well. Ive never spoken to him but he was Benchijg there last night and afyer watching him bang out 315 for 13 reps I see him throw another plate on and he gets 405 for 8!!! Then he put ANOTHER plate on and asked me for a spot. This guy bangs out 2 reps at 495, akl he has on was elbow and wrist wraps, no belts. I didnt even touch the first rep and then second one I help only a touch near the top. Man!! Thats a serious bench. Guys benching more than most people can squat!! Lol

Anyways, back and bis possibly tonight if Im not to burned from work so stay tuned!!

Started off with 4 set or 8 reps wide grip chins
Rack pulls 225x12 315x10 405x8 405x8
Db rows 3x8 100
Wide grip pull downs behind the neck 3x12 135

Hammer curls 40x12 45x10 45x10
Straight bar cable curls 80x12 100x12 120x10
Single arm machine curls 2x12 50

Quick blast, in and out in an hour. Ive lowered my carbs the last few days so energy was down a bit. Right now I want to stay fairly lean and get those muscles to pop as its off to Mexico next month!!

Few days off now and ill be back at er on thurs.

at the risk of one upping you, I started chatting up this guy at golds gym a few weeks ago. I marveled at his 135lb girlfriend that was squatting 300 lbs to parallel. Come to find out this guy held the world record bench press for awhile (1075lbs). Dont want to post his name over the web but you can pm me if you care. This guy was BIG(320+) Now he semi retired and cruising on trt. Apparently did some time for AAS.
But half a ton is a shit ton of weight!! holy crap! Cant even imagine

Ya man thats not even human bro, lol. I watched a video of a guy benching1050 the other day, guys wasnt necessarily muscular but he was big and strong as an OX obviously. That always amazes me guys who can lift weight like that, I wasnt born strong so its cool to see a guy lift who was.

Concentration curls 30x15 35x12 35x10
DB kickbacks 3x12 25 with a dropset
Incline DB curls 20x15 25x15 30x12 with a dropset

Hit some abs today too actually

3x25 hanging crunches

Felt VERY strong today the pump was insane!! Veins everywhere!! My appetite is through the roof. The Mast and Tren are doing great things Id honestly have to say there might not be a two other compound that work better together its ridiculous. My libido is through the roof, im grainy very hard a full looking. Im sweating almost every night, nothing crazy like I said but still a little annoying. I feel so good its not even funny!

Big leg day tomorrow so keep an eye on it.

Been going through the log. I may have missed it , but are you still on the same thing as your first post in this log. I did something similar last round and want to add the eq. Do the veins get ridiculous? HAHA

So of course its leg day today!! Thats a little later on though. I figured id post up yesterdays food intake so you could see lind whats going on.

Meal 1 1 cup egg whites/2 sliced aged cheddar...500ml OJ with 1cuo oats, BCAAs, creatine, 30g isolate all blended up together.

Meal 2 Half of a large double pepperoni pizza and 30g isolate

BCAAs intra workout

PWO 60g isolate and 2 pieces of cinnanmon raisin toast and 1 banana

Meal 3 about 7oz chicken 85g white pasta half of a loaf of garlic frech bread

Meal 4 about 10oz cod fish 10oz yellow potatoes and a spinach salad

Meal 5 2 cups greek yogurt with a little bit of dried cranberry granola mixed in

Meal 6 1.5 cups cottage cheese with 1 tbsp PB

Had a shake and rainin bran cereal in the middle of the night as I woke up starved.

So like I said before I dont follow a plan necessarily if I wanna eat I eat if im less hungry on day I eat less. I eat food I like and WANT to eat I dont ever eat anything just because I feel I have to, NEVER. Thats crazy. There sere a little bit more shakes today then I usually have but oh well thats the way it went.
 
Holy sh** that's a ton of food how'd you find time to work out lol. Want to grow gotta eat right? Do you know the cals for that first meal off hand that sounds amazing.

Its an awesome breakfast, easy to get down and sometimes if I dont feel like cooking the egg white Ill drink them.

Ya my appetite is through the roof man, its insane and im not gaining any fat whatsoever, its awesome. I can eat a meal and within an hour im hungry again!

Ya Benn I literally just finished up the EQ so theres obviously still a lot in my system. Last time I ran EQ my appetite went through the roof and also the last time I ran Tren my appetite did too so id say its a combo between the two. Crazy thing is with all that good im still pretty damn lean
