Managed to not drop any weight working my night shifts this time around, holding steady at 220, now i have a chance to bump that up some more.

I'm holding pretty steady myself; just treading water basically playing the waiting game...much less lethargic this time around, helps having a sorted diet (thanks 3J!) and the GH isn't hurting I'm sure.

But it does make me...*yawn*...so sleepy...

My underlings call me "the one who naps" now...

So i picked one of these up today, Gonna add it to the recovery arsenal. Mainly for my legs as I spend a lot of time sitting, some other spots too but hopefully ill be able to work some tight spots out, losen up the fascia and encourage some healing and new growth.
 
So, back after 2 days off for a chest/tri session, started with bench again today which kinda goes against what I believe in the sense that I dont start with the same thing for more than a workout or two. But, ive been feelin' it so ive been goin with it, this will be the last workout starting with it though. Also, skipped shoulders altogether today as I see they are growing without any work really as they tend too and I dont want them to start overpowering everything else.

Heres what the workout looked like...

Flat BB press warmup+185x12 225x8x2+dropset
Cable flys from bottom up 3x12 40
HS MTS incline press 3x8 90
Peckdeck superset w/ pushups 3x12 100lbs in peckdeck and BW pushups

French press 75 3x10
Reverse grip cambered bar pushdowns 3x12 100
V bar pushdowns 3x11 100

10 mins in stairmaster to cool down

Very little rest between sets again guys, enough time for my partner to do her set and back at it!!!

Update: I have switched to Aromasin from Arimidex as of today. The last few doses of Adex have left me very anxious and feeling very weird for about a day afterwards. Me and APOLLON have had this convo before and not sure why it causes this but its a safe bet that is the issue, even though I havent had thia issue in the past. So Im going to see if Aromasin will be more tolerable. Gonna throw some Nolvadex, to protect the nips, in the mix until I find a good dose that works for me.
 
had to google what a french press was. Looks like a new way for me to pop out my shoulders....do you prefer them over skull crushers or to target a certain part of the tricep?

I do prefer them over skullcrushers, I find I can fewl my tricepa a lot better. I find i can contract the inner head of the tricep a lot better. The main reason i did this was just throw some variation in the mix.
