So, back after 2 days off for a chest/tri session, started with bench again today which kinda goes against what I believe in the sense that I dont start with the same thing for more than a workout or two. But, ive been feelin' it so ive been goin with it, this will be the last workout starting with it though. Also, skipped shoulders altogether today as I see they are growing without any work really as they tend too and I dont want them to start overpowering everything else.
Heres what the workout looked like...
Flat BB press warmup+185x12 225x8x2+dropset
Cable flys from bottom up 3x12 40
HS MTS incline press 3x8 90
Peckdeck superset w/ pushups 3x12 100lbs in peckdeck and BW pushups
French press 75 3x10
Reverse grip cambered bar pushdowns 3x12 100
V bar pushdowns 3x11 100
10 mins in stairmaster to cool down
Very little rest between sets again guys, enough time for my partner to do her set and back at it!!!
