Ya right on bro I had also thought maybe winny just the last 4 weeka on the tailend. I know it is harsh, i will be injecting it instead or taking it orally. I am more so curious to see its effects and I know it pairs well with Tren.
Dosing would be 50mg ED

50mg shouldn't be too bad; I did 100mg ED for two weeks then 150mg ED for the last two weeks pre-contest and joints were still ok

I'm more concerned about how my bloodwork will look in a few weeks
 
what's the idea behind the winny and how does it contribute to your over all goal?

I believe it's going into winter there in the northern hemisphere and you aren't doing a contest as far as I know so just wondering :)

You are correct it is comin up on winter here, already is pretty much where I am lol. Its one compound I havent tried yet, and would like to see its effects. Plus I like to try something new each cycle. It pairs well with Tren as does any DHT compound. I just want to see what itll do coupled with Tren. On paper they work together, I want to find out first hand.
 
bastards. we just go to Thailand or Indonesia. I have a feeling Mexico is much more accessible and cheap in comparison!

Yes, you are correct on the mixing well with the tren. I cant remember where the research was that I had read but it was about how the Winstrol helps activate and allow the tren to really shine through. But I freaking hated winstrol for all the bad sides...just couldnt stand it!
 
Back and bis today. Had a great workout, each time I go back to the gym now strength is up, endurance is up and definitely starting to get some weird looks from people maybe im putting on a bit of size. People have commented at work to so it safe to assume things are going well.

So bit of a different one today, looked like this

WG chin/cable pulldowns 50lbs/DB side laterals 15lbs back to back to back 3 sets
Underhand closegrip cable rows 3x8 150 + drop set
HS Row 3x8 90 + drop set
High cable pulls 80lbs superset with bent over reverse flys 15lbs
Rack pulls 225x15 315x12 385x10

Alternating DB curls 2x15 35lbs
BB curls 2x15 50lbs

Legs tomorrow
 
did legs today myself, checked out your last legs day and emulated part of it. Took those ideas and through in my own twist but worked well man.
E.g. that leg press into SLDL into leg curls. Genius.

Have to admit I did a shredder-post-legs-food-binge today by having a couple of bagels with vegemite on them. Had to be done.
 
Off to go grab some food and then leg smash!!

Saw the Doc today for bloodwork results. Everything is exactly where it should be and I dont have to change a thing. So my health is good, nothing is out of range so ill celebrate by eating a meal out today!
 
I had to dig deep today and get this one done. Work all night last night and went in for legs on no sleep because these are the things we need to do sometime. This one took all i had.

Hammys were a bit tender from the rack pulls the other day so i didnt do too much for them, this is what happened......

HS plate loaded single leg kneeling leg curls
3x12 50 70 90
Legs ext. 115x20 145x15 175x12
BB squats 135x12 185x10 225x8x2+dropset
Single leg supported squats 2x12 30lb db
Leg press w/ bands 8 plates 12 reps 3 sets
Sanding single leg calve raises w/ bodyweight 3x12
Seated calve raises 3x12 130lbs

Now I need some rest
