second cycle of anavar any suggestions, training tips, supplements

Im 120 pounds, 5'6 , size3
one week in on anavar
Lifting 6 days a week.
20mg a day, supplement glutamine and milk thistle and fish oil
My goal is to reduce bf mainly on my legs. Increase lean muscle mass. (Tone)
I carry weight only in my thighs.

advice appreciated

I guess the 120, 5'6", size three should've tipped me off..

20mg seems like a lot for a small girl. underdosed or you're just a pro?

either way seems like you're more prepared than most guys and goals look realistic

diet is going to determine whether you bulk or cut. can do a bit of both if you're really good

stick with the heavy basic building block workouts and forget the "wrist curls" type
