Second cycle updated, need advice pls.

Hey! I thought Id post this again coz I really need some good advice on my cycle. Ive some work coming up real soon, so I need to get in shape quickly. This time Ive added more details about myself, so I hope its enuff?
Im a 28 year old english guy, an Ectomorph with a fast metabolism.
I took my first cycle at the beginning of the year using TexTex and Deca. I made noticable changes to my body (total body weight 79kilos), but just spent all summer dancing in Ibiza so have lost everything, damn! Coz Im an Ectomorph, Im only looking to work for a body like Brad Pitt in Fight club, coz I almost got it before with my first cycle and its a realistic goal.
My daily Carbs would be around 518.5g, Protein 150,9g and Fat 56.9g. Ive yet to work out how many calories that is (is there any decent calorie counter on the web?). Im hoping thats enough food for the day, as I already feel like Im eating non-stop. Maybe I should think about more weight gain shakes? But I would rather eat clean food as Im not working at the moment and Ive free all day to munch.

MY STATS:
Weight=72 kilos
Neck= 38,5 cm
Chest= 96,5 cm
Waist= 86,5 cm
Arms= 31 cm
Thighs= 52 cm

I would normally only weight about 67 kilos, eating randomly and doing cardio activities. Now for the last year Ive stopped all cardio and Ive been eating 6-7 meals a day to keep up a body weight of around 72/3 kilos. Yep, Im real skinny compared to you guys!
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and spend just over an hour lifting weights. Day 1, arms and shoulders. Day 2, legs and lower back. Day 3, chest, back and abs. And NO cardio.

MY EATING HABITS:
1. Banana
Porridge with Whey + honey
2. Tuna sandwich
Yogurt
3. Pasta + chicken breast
Yogurt
4. Ham sandwich
Banana
5. Rice and meat
Yogurt
6. Pasta + chicken breast
7. Porridge or banana
8. Yogurt
(I live in Spain, so I drink nearly 2 litres of water a day).
As you can see I eat heaps, but even thinking about eating burns calories! I hate being an Ectomorph!

Ive just got my hands on 10ml of Depo-testosterone Cypionate and 21 bottles of Winstrol Depot. This is my 8 week plan...

You added in your thread 'DO NOT USE THE Winstrol (winny) WITH THIS'? Do you mean dont mix it on the same day as the Test or what? I was intending to take the Winstrol (winny) and Test on the same week, week 3 and 5. The guy I bought the AS from said to take 200mg the first week, and then 250mg the next week, followed by 300mg etc. So what do you guys suggest?
I hope I dont sound too much like a novice? My last cycle was organized properly for me by an english trainer, but now Ive only got the Spanish to help me. Its just that here in Spain heaps of young guys are on roids and their very laid back attitude to life reflects on the way they organize their cycles, ie I was sold the gear and given very little advice. Hence Im here asking the pro's!

As far as calories go, it's quite simple to figure out; each gram of protein is 4 cals, each gram of carbs is 4 cals, and each gram of fat is 8 cals. From what you said about your nutrient breakdown, you are getting around 3128 calories/day.

You water consumption is really lacking, only 2 litres, up that to 6-8 at you'll be much better off.

You also should re-evaluate your training, you are doing too much per day, try something more like one bodypart a day.

Concerning your cycle, 21 amps of Winstrol (winny) is not enough, plus the fact that you are trying to gain mass, I would recommend you save the Winstrol (winny) until later.

Get some more Test and do it @ 400-500 mg/week for 8-10 weeks. No need to taper it up and down, just run the same dosage all the way through.

Start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after your last injection.
 
Thanx for the advice bro. Ill get some more Test and try that out for 8 weeks. But at what point of my training should I start the Winstrol (winny), if at all?
And more water? Jeez, how much do you guys guzzle down a day? I have always read that your body controls your water intake and that when you piss too often its coz the bodies had enuff? Well I piss and shit for Spain at the moment coz Im eating heaps!
Fortunitly I got a new book through Amazon yesterday, The Bodybuilders Nutrition book, by Franco Columbu. It looks like an interesting read and should help me sort my diet and supplements out.
PS Another book that rocks is Arnold's Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding!
PPS But a book that sucks is Frank Zane's, Mind,body,spirit. Its written in rhyming poetry and you would think this guy got stuck halfway between a gym and Woodstock. You'd have to be inZANE to enjoy reading this pile of shite!
 
My friend who also got the same AS as me, is taking Winstrol (winny) every other day (mon,wed,fri) and taking test every week (200g,250,300g,200g). Its his 3rd week and he's already looking great!
So should I follow his cycle, or should I just stick to the test for 8 weeks? And what would I do with all that winny?
There seems to be alot of differant debates concerning Winstrol (winny) on this site and to be honest Im getting confused??? On the Drug profile page, it says Winstrol (winny) combined with test makes a good cycle?
Again, Im being a pain. But I have all these drugs sitting here and I just wanna get BIG!
 
IMHO.....the dosage of Test your friend is running is too low and too short a duration. As far as the Winstrol (winny) goes, I said to leave out because I thought you were trying to bulk up and it sorta works against that principle. That said, you Europeans always seem to cycle way different that us over here on this side of the pond. If you do the cycle as you have planned, you will not hurt yourself or anything, you just will not get the gains you could have if you follow my advice. Either way, you are not being a pain, that is what this site is all about, to ask and question things.
 
An interesting point on tapering (pyramiding) your dosage of test like you have planned............

The act of pyramiding has no valid basis. Introducing the androgen into the body at a lower concentration and then increasing the dose doesn’t allow the body to become "accustomed" to the exogenous compounds in any way.

Furthermore, tapering only prolongs the time it'll take to regain HPTA functioning. Taking the lower dosages causes LH suppression yet barely provides any anabolic effect, perhaps none at all! So, if you’re a person who likes to get LH suppression with minimal gains, go ahead and "pyramid."
