Selfinjecting at home this week : Optimal time/wa

Currently I do hcg (2500IU) + adex (0.25mg) Tues and hcg (2500IU) + test 250mgX1 + adex (0.25mg) Thursday.

I get new labs done next week to check my levels after being on Adex for 3 weeks. Will adjust from there. However, I will be injecting at home. As for some reading here, spreading the test dose would even me out more, am I correct? Would moving 125mg of test to Tuesday, breaking it up into 2 doses, and also bringing down my hcg to 500ius instead of the 2500ius be a good way to go? I'll have a better idea on what to do when I get my numbers. Hope things are working

what are your levels at this dose. I don't know anyone on the forum on that much test.

It's better to shoot hcg 3x a week then twice at a higher dosage when you already have estrogen problems, unless you've found that 250ius isn't yielding results. Then you could bump it up to 4-500ius twice per week, day after your injection.

Arimidex should be taken the day after your injection with your hcg IMO to match the peaking of your testosterone shots.

Anyways if you lower your hcg dosage and split your test injections, you might not need an ai at all.

What are your test levels on 250mgs per week and what day did you test them on>?

There was a time I was trying to get my wife pregnant. Came off T and was on hcg X2 week and HMG X1 week. I had super swimmers in mass quantities.

That's over. My T levels on 125mg X1 week I was feeling any better (In the first 6 months on T) and numbers had me at the lower end of the normal range. Got my T bumped to 250mg X1 a week and started to feel better but after a while the high E2 levels must have started messing with me and I wasn't feeling as good. My total T is a little over the normal range and my E2 is 120. After coming here, reading and talking with my doctor, I decided to pay out of pocket for Adex and just got myself some UGL T so I can selfinject. Paying for human grade T would have cost wy too much here in Japan, and I can legally buy it from the doctor.

I got my Adex and now when I take my hcg I feel that warmth again. When I last took blood was last month, day of my T injection but before injecting and without hcg the day before or 2 days before...basically 1 week nothing.

I will get new blood work done next week. Am I correct in assuming that changing 1 variable at a time is best? Right now that would be me on Adex for 4 weeks. Would 4 weeks at my current dose of Adex be enough time to get a good picture of what it's doing to my blood work, or should I wait longer? If my E2 is still up, should I split my injections and continue with Adex and test again in a month?
