Adex and aromsin even in small doses wack my joints..so i have tried letro.

did just 2 drops of a medicine dropper of letro 2.5mm/ml my guess would be between .125 and .25 . tough to twll on this medicne dropper.

ok so did last tuesday and friday yesterday i felt like shit bones cracking weak hands feet hurt...guess dropped E too low ..

also my bp is usually 130/80 today 108/69?? checked 3 times all about same..can low E drop bp>?

how long does it take for e to rebound> thx

Well shit, you don't need any AI...

Letro is last resort-most severe AI
Aromasin is an e-killer, but needs daily administration to be effective.
Arimidex(always my choice) doesn't get rid of estro already present, but keeps it from building. Also, it works by the next day.

Not trying to break balls here or nothing, but you are running 160mgs a week of test and need an AI????????

And also I agree with Shovel, if you think letro is mild you are not sensitive to AI's.

As far as blood pressure it is not your lack of E dropping your blood pressure, rather your water and bloat dropping. But still on 160mgs a week you really shouldn't be holding water.

IMO some details are missing regarding your supplements.........

By the way to answer your question, yes AI's will dry you out and cause joint discomfort. Get some Osteo-Bioflex and that should fix that.

Letro is stronger than adex by far.

This in for head man letro lakes weeks to work.


160 mgs a week is lower than your natural test.....what's not right here. Where did you get the idea the 160 mg was right for you? He doctor have my 68 year old dad on 250 a week.

i understand all..this all began last April my blood came back with test about 1200 and E 68 ..doctor gave me adex i did for 2 weeks eod fucked me up. My joints killed me stopped. Tried e3d same shit. Stopped again waited a month got bloods E was in 90's ..tried asin felt like shit even on .0625

I am thinking about lowering test dose to 50mgs 2x per week..will E come down on it's own after it rebounds from letro?

my biggest complaint is ed from E . even today my joint are killing me I feel weak but i woke up with wood!

Your doc forgot to tell to to stop taking it cause he's not a steroid guru.

Once you've brought your estro down to a good level(which you'll be able to tell by libido most of the time), then change your dosage to almost nothing. I use 1mg per week even on 1200mg of test.
