Things like oatmeal rice etc.....you should count the serving as the dry portion correct not hte cooked? for exame Oatmal 27g carbs per 1/2 cup dry....so im slamming down around 50 carbs so i would have 1 cup dry....then after its cooked its much more.
also if you wanted to shoot down say 8oz of OJ would you include that in counting your carbs etc..... im eating 50g of Protien/carbs for my 1st meal....but one glass of OJ is like 24carbs cause of hte natural sugars? drink it or no?
