shelf life of amps...

This probably has been addressed before, but I was offered primo that was purchased a year ago in turkey. Put aside the fact that these might be faked, will the amps still be good in terms of potency?
And also, is there a difference between amps and home made stuff put in vial?

a long time, a few yrs after experation date. No rubber stopper to laminate which is why some vials go bad after yrs.
The rubber top begins to melt into solution.
