I'm just wondering what you guys thought about my training routine. Off cycle I usually train 3 days per week for about an hour. On cycle I always have trained 5 days per week, I have had pretty good results with that everytime so far. So I been reluctant to experiment with my preciousness ON time and try lower volume less frequent routine. But I'm curios to as if I would get just as good or better going down to 3 days. Something like Mon-Chest/Shoulder/Bi, Wed-Legs, Fri-Back/Triceps
On I do something along the lines of this although I change some lifts and reps everytime. My big lifts I usually keep the same for the most part. Wondering if you guys thought this is overtraining.
Mon-Back
Barbell Rows 3x6-10
Lat Pulldowns 3x10-12
Neutral Grip Pulldowns 2x10-12
Machine Rows 2x15
Tues-Chest
Bench Press 4x6-10
Smith Incline Press 3x10-15
Machine Press 2-3x10-15
Wed-Legs
Squat 4x6
Leg Press 3x10
3 sets hamstring work
3-4 sets calves
Thursday-Shoulders
Seated Barbell Press 4x6-10
Lateral Raises 3x8-12
Reverse Raises 2-3x10-12
Shrugs 4x10-12
Friday-Arms
Close Grip 3x6-10
Reverse Grip 2x10-12
Overhead Cables 2x10-12
Incline Dumbbell Curls 3x8-10
Barbell Close Grip 2x10-12
Barbell Wide Grip 2x10-12
