shoulder injury on week 6 of test e :/ advice plz

benched 300x5 last week and on my second set I brought the weight too far above my nipples. This caused a sort of pain which wasn't too bad. but definitely uncomfortable. Then I couldntreally raise my arm infront of my to parallel without some pain. about 3 days later (2 days ago) I did a shoulder workout. really eased myself into it didn't go HEAVY or anything but did military BB presses. 135-155-165-155-135 for 8-12 reps then finished my shoulder workout. NO ISSUES.

That night I did my shot first shot with 1" needles and I did it in that shoulder that I sort of "tweaked". I was apprehensive about the gear not making it deepenough into my shoulder so I had my gf massage pretty hard ( I cant feel much) but hard with her knuckles in an attempt to work the gear into my muscle. I felt a spreading numbness (assumed it was the gear) and afterwards my shoulder hurt pretty bad.

~~ I wake up the next morning It is painful to pressure in a certain area where my middle delt connects to my bicep/tricep area. Can raise my arm to a bit below parallel before it hurts BAD.

Im in the golden time of my TEST cycle. Should I bump the dose down to say 400mg, and when my shoulder heals up (I don't think it will taketoo long. hoping) bump it to 600 so I can keep my gains?
 
Don't massage post injection pain it can increase scar tissue don't ice try using heat to relieve pain as far as the rest you'll have to wait for someone more knowledgable/experienced
