Shoulders popping some what in certain movements

So my shoulders popping have always been a problem, well my left shoulder, only when doing front or side db raises. Now since working out again and on my first cycle, both shoulders pop just when im doing certain movements. But its not any other joints giving me problems. Just wondering what could have caused this, or what can be done to fix this... thanks !
 
Probably just bad shoulders bro... or you may need to drink more water and possibly add some glucosamine to your regiment.

If you naturally have joint issues then once you are more experienced with AAS look into a form of deca which will be a godsend to the joints.
 
Give the exercises that are bothering you a rest for a while. I would definitely recommend Glucosamine and Chondroitin helps me a lot.
 
I have the same problem. Had a bike accident last year and hurt my shoulder pretty bad. Just eliminate exercises that cause problems. I have problems with dumbell front raises so I tossed them. My wrists are even worse! Any fixed grip bar curl I can't do. (excpt reverse grip) barbell, ez bar, doesn't matter. I can never do those. Gotta work with what you have. No biggie.
 
x10 on what these guys said. quit doing those movements. your shoulders get hit just fine on chest and back days. do overhead presses bother you? also try some rotator cuff work on the cables
 
if you can't bare to give up the lateral raises, change over to very light cable lateral raises or even one of those pussy power bands, better to swallow some pride then screw your shoulders up for good.

believe what the boys told you though if you can stay clear of the particular movements. there are always other options, just gotta get creative, drop front laterals for sure, they got me too for some reason.
