show diet marinade/sauces

hey guys, currently cutting for a show in November. right now I am 17 weeks out

here is my diet as of now, and has been for some time

and for those wondering I eat the exact same thing every day

Meal 1
1 scoops mts whey 150cal/25p/5c/4f
1/2 cup oatmeal 165cal/7.5p/30c/3f
1 cup mixed fruit 90cal/1p/21c/0f

Meal 2
1/2 cup oatmeal 165cal/7.5p/30c/3f
1 scoop mgn pure isolate 110cal/25p/1c/0f

Meal 3
150g extra lean ground turkey 195cal/27p/0c/11f
1/6box 100% ww macaroni 225cal/8.7p/45c/1.3f
1/3 cup ragu 53cal/1.3p/7.3c/1.7f

meal 4
1 chicken breast 180cal/34p/0c/4f
1/2 cup 120cal/2.7p/25c/1f

Meal 5
1 cod fillet 105cal/23p/0c/1f
1/2 med sweet potatoe 51cal/1p/12c/0f
4tsp olive oil 160cal/0p/0c/18f

Meal 6
2 scoops mts whey 300cal/50p/10c/8f
1/2 cup oatmeal 165cal/7.5p/30c/3f

Meal 7
1/2 striploin steak 209cal/33p/0c/7f

Daily total 2443cal/250p/216c/66f

so as of next week ill be cutting out most of my sugars from things like bbq sauce and marinades/rubs
just wondering what I can put on my steaks and chicken before I grill them, trying to keep everything as clean as possible

also is there anything you guys think I should add or take out?

stats are 24yrs old 241lbs 15%bf

I can post what gear im taking and anything else needed
 
You can try chimichuri sauce on the steak and chicken. 1/2 cup olive oil, 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup parsley, 1 medium size onion cut in half, 3 garlic bulbs, sea salt. And pepper to taste. Throw it all in the blender and blend for one minute. You can make a big batch and take it out as you want when you want to marinate your steak or chicken or fish even. How's your liquid consumption how much water are you drinking how much juices are you drinking?
