Did 3J recomend all these supps or is it your idea?
Nah, thats just me bro.
We haven't discussed supplements much outside protein shakes, difference of cassein, making sure to having the basics, such as omega3, magnesium, zinc, niacin, bvitamin complex, daily vitamin/mineral pill. BCAA/EAA for training.
He's known about them but I honestly ended up not using half of that stuff and probably wont be doing it again.
I have most of it left and they're all legit supplements for each of their function so it isn't bad to run them, its just to much to run.
