I'm 25 years old 235lb 6'3 BF around 18% looking to cut down to 220/225lbs ripped.
Last monday I started this cycle while eating incredibly clean. Protien intake from chicken breast, fish and eggwhites. Carbs mostly from vegetables and sprout grain whole wheat bread around the workout. Fats from EFA's fish oils, almond butter and olive oil.
So far I've been cutting my calls about 600-1100 a day.
I'm currently on the following cycle.
Test Prop EOD 8 weeks
Proviron 50mg ED 8 weeks
Aromasin 12.5mg ED 8 weeks
Clenbuterol 20-25 EOD
I started feeling sick on tuesday. For the first few days all I had was 40mg nolva for the first few days because my aromasin didn't arive soon enough and I'm gyno prone.
The question I have is I have a shit load of congestion in my nose and throat right now and feel pretty fun down, it's been effecting my sleep as well.
I'm pretty bummed it's my first cycle and I'm already sick.
What do you guys do when you get sick? Can I take Nyquil or anything like that. I've heard they can inhibit gains or in my case since I'm cutting make me loose more muscle. I still have been going to the gym.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!!!!
