Site Issues

Hey guys, Im having a few issues with my account and im hoping someone can help me out. First, when i click on my profile it does not send me to MY profile. My name is < JB > but it sends me to a guy named jb215 or something similar. is that normal? or is somethign not working properly? and second I keep losing threads and am not able to relocate them, even ones that I started myself? any help would be great. thanks guys
