Size-on

IT'S T-SHIRT TIME!
I've been debating whether or not to start using Size-on. I don't have a big histroy of using creatine but I have heard alot of good stuff about this product. Would love any input on whether to try it or not :)

Well I've done 2 months of creatine mono before and 2 months of creapure... I'm not a huge fan of creatine but it seems everybody and their mom loves this product?

If u can stomach the shit. My cousin whos always been natural and strong/endomorph got some god results w it. He took the pills, before they got pulled. He bought the drink, and said it tasted like ass. Gave it away.

Ah bad news! It's a drink your suppose to sip on throughout your workout. I read lemon flavor is good so I will just get that, man up, and drink it :)

Ive tried it and got nothing better than creatine monohydrate and bcaa's

Best supplements:
1. food
2. whey/casein
3. fish oil
4. creatine
5. bcaa's/glutamine

most of that stuff is overpriced flashy combinations of amino acids and creatine. they will always say it is some new creatine but no difference imo. i have used all the different ones out there.

I am truely a noob at these supplements so a few questions... wht fish oil/what does it do? what kind of creatine (I know there are multiple kinds) and I have no idea what bcaa's or glutamine does :(

I like fish oil you drink, less burping. It is great source of the omega-3 essential fatty acid. It is known to be cardioprotective and positively impacts the ratio of HDL/LDL. Additionally, it is felt to have some anti-inflammatory effects which is why people recommend it for joint problems. ON top of this it is just a great calorie source.

Branched chain amino acids do a lot of stuff. The reason they are good pre workout and post workout is due to the anticatabolic effect they have. They provide a ready substrate for energy synthesis if needed and *may* serve some negative feedback function on muscle catabolism during exercise but still allow for mobilization of body fat stores.

Glutamine is most abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle. serves similar purpose as bcaa's

I recommend creatine monohydrate. I have had the best results with it and no bloat. Have been taking it for like 15 years on and off. Never found any greater effect from CEE (ethyl-ester) or kre-alkalyn. They may not need to be loaded which is opnly benifit.

That being said, you still have to eat and get enough protein. The supplements are only adding a small fraction to overall development.

I had great results with Ancient Strength...i respond pretty well to creatine...I switch up the forms when i start leveling out....but ancient strength was pretty great.
