Currently i do 3-4 times/week for 30 minutes cardio. Either incline treamill or eleptical. I always keep my heartrate to under 135.
My question is about skipping/jump rope. Would this also be a good option for burning fat? and not burning too much muscle at the same time. I don't recall anyone on here ever mentioning too much about this.
Boxers do alot of skipping and they're always quite lean.
Any comments or info is more than welcome.
