Skipping trt dose to dump Estrogen?

After every comp i take a 2 or 3 week break from pinning including my trt dose especially because my estrogen is sky high at that point

It's senseless... after stopping my TRT, now after 6 weeks my estrogen is still higher then normal so the only way to lower it is for you the usage of AI. ;)

use an AI like stane or dex IMO, dont rely on this idea.
run a few doses over a couple weeks and then a week r 2 later get bloods IMO. you might need to be on low dose AI while on hrt or possibly lower test dose a bit. takes time to workout hrt sadly

Yeah it does. Such a fine line and making what seems like small changes can really make a difference.
I'd like to avoid an AI and just use the right dose of test. I found out that injecting 80mg every 5 days wound up being too much. It took a couple months to feel the sudden side effects and now is taking forever to get back to where I was on my prior dose which was between 65-70 mg every 5 days.

Skipping a week works great sometimes. Especially if your free t is high and your skipping and then reducing dosage to get it titrated correctly.

Hope this helps.

Yes. Thanks. I think I'm gonna try that or maybe just wait a couple days longer than my next scheduled dose. How low of a dose would you suggest to recover best?
Thanks

I would need more info to answer, current numbers dosage etc

Well I knew I could inject 65-70 mg every 5 days without side effects. 80 every 5 was too much as subtle sides gradually built over 3 or 4 months to make me feel like I do now which is pretty much every side effect associated with high E. Should I cut back to 60 maybe for a while?

So having high test levels and controlling the estrogen side is so easy and benifficial. My Trt dose is triple what you are taking. Everyone is different.

Why the hell are people afraid to take an AI? How do you know your E2 is high.

For those men on TRT who have problems with HCT or older men have fatigue symptoms sometimes when their free t gets too high this is a way to lower your free t. More is not always better.

In regards to "dialing in" your TRT program anastrozole affects the T to E ratio and increases free t.

So sometimes less testosterone without an AI will equate to the same total t but a lower, in range free t.

Some men feel better like this. Nothing wrong with taking an AI but if you don't need it why take it?

As for him knowing his E2 is high I suspect he doesn't and is just guessing. For someone new to TRT this is not a good way to do it. Its very possible its not high at all. Based on his dosages I highly doubt it is.

My dosages were quite a bit higher a month ago. Now I've cut back to pretty much where I was when I had no E side effects.
I've had this happen before and just lowered my dose and felt great after a couple of months. Takes along time.
