Sleeeep!!

Hi everyone. question. I have hard times sleeping at night(ussually get about 5 hours sleep) and it screws up my routine, in the way i dont have much energy to train at 100%. has anyone has had this problem and if so did anything work? im going to try zma and see if that helps, but any other advice would be awesome
 
I am going to give the melatonin a try on this next cycle I am planning-and I AM ALREADY GETTING ANXIOUS!!!!
 
i know how ya feel but 10xs worse....ive been battlying insomnia now for 3 years, ive been on every drug for sleep u can think of....ambien, roseram, lunesta, melatonin, remron, sequel, even xanax, and thats only to name a few. They dont know why i cant sleep, but i usually get about 3 hours max a night and frequent wake up....i think its from over training but who knows
 
ive had some issues sleeping for the past few years, and tried all the drugs, and just cannot get into a good routine, id be up until 5am and wake up at 12 or 1 afternoon... just doesnt work well for me lol. so what i started doing was basically eating myself into a food coma around 6 or 7, and by 10 or so, im usually knocked out :) prolly wont work well for all you bodybuilders out there, but me being a powerlifter, works fantastic :)
 
getting a good nights rest is important but most people consider 8 or more hours a night to be the only way to gain. My trainer swears that only 4 to 6 hours is needed and i usually get 6. In the past year getting an average of 5 hours a sleep a night i gained 20 lbs naturally... so basically what is everyone elses thoughts on sleep?

Damn. I would swear I wrote that myself. Im the EXACT same way. 2-3 hours I wake up. Max I can sleep is 4 hours, and I have to be dead tired to do that, then I wake up.

I use melatonin from time to time @ 5mg. I find that if I use it everynight I build up a tolerance real quick.

Benadril works real well too. When I'm on clen I use it to keep my Beta 2 receptors... receptive and it knocks me out.
 
man im having the same issue while on tren. shit sucks sitting in bed trying to fall asleep. always decide to roll to my right, bump my girl and get some action :yumyum:
 
I have the same issue...especiAlly since I quit smokin bud... I find melatonin does nothing to help me fall asleep but helps once I'm actually sleeping. I've never been on cycle & not used bud to help me pass out when I couldn't sleep & with all the sleep isues tren gives & my first run of it coming up I'm scared for what's to come. I'm thinking I might just bust out hardcore cardio an hour or 2 before bed to get me tired & give the kava kava a go. Busting your nut usually helps too lol
 
Nyquil. Knocks me out within 30min, but if I miss the opportunity Ill be up all night. I know its not good for you, but thats what I use when Im having problems.
 
Because of you guys im the melotonin bitch. I take 5 or 6 of them to knock me out and when I wake up to piss and get a protein drink I norm have to take a few more lol but at least I sleep.
