Small lump on shoulder never went away?

So its been about 10 months since I pinned shoulders. Last time I was using 5/8 syringes. I just noticed a few months ago that when I flex I have a protruding bump on my shoulder. Its hard to see but I can feel it.. If i relax my arm you cant tell... Whats should I do?

It really feels like a knot on my muscle but doesn't go away tried to rub it but just inflames it.

Could be a sterile abscess. Have it checked out. It's the only way to find out.

Well after going hard at the gym the past few weeks last night i slept on my side where the marble size lump was, woke up this morning and was three times the size all swollen. Finally went to the doctor.. Pulled delt muscle no lifting for a month...
