as far as reading a formattted disk, it depends on how the disk was formatted. the old fdisk command that used to come with windows didn't format the disk as the name implied.

All the evidence against you is circumstantial. I hope you know what that means. You have to actually possess the gear to get in trouble or admit to ordering it. Speaking of admissions, my friend had 1k thai dbol sent to him from thailand that got snagged right away. 2 cops knocked on his door and he denied everything. Granted, he didnt look like anything either, rarely lifts. They never returned. However, if he admitted it, he would have went to jail but would have had a weak case against him by the D.A.. However, his admission wouldn't hold much in front of 12 jurors either.

Don't get a P.O. box either. Anyone who thinks that is safer, is dead wrong. They have your info and if you think you can open one with a fake I.D., well when they do bust you, they'll just add fradulent charges and you can be federally indited if you order intl. At least sending it to a house on a different name shields you as anyone can send anything to anyone at anytime. And just because you look like you take it, doesnt mean you do. That's circumstantial.

Take it from me personally with first hand experience, Ive been busted before and i was only 19 and it was no fun. And I didnt look like any huge BBer at all. I couldnt get any lawyer, you kidding, I was broke, just a kid with a careless mother and a deceased father. I pled open and was sentenced to the county jail (twin towers), and 126 DAYS (1008 hours, yes 1008) of CALTRANS which is hwy community service (picking up trash was a walk in the park compared to what we really did and I did it during the summer months and couldnt even work. I was forced to go 5 days a week mon-fri, then the judge spaced it out for me) ALONG WITH A FELONY AND 3 YEARS PROBATION. was it worth it? FUCK NO. I wasted 3 years of my life. My felony later got expunged but it still shows up on the FBI and police records. It prevents me from getting an LE job or probably other types of jobs that i dont know of.

I was comfortable. I didnt give a shit, Ive been ordering for a year straight to that box and big orders, too. from brazil, thailand, etc. I got in 10k just 2 months prior, passed thru customs and everything.

Anyway, I would learn what a hard drive is if i were you and just damage the one you have and buy a new one. It costs $50-100. Don't go on anything related to working out, steroids, dumbells, health, fitness or anything like that. Download some new music on there and start over. Just continue to keep your mouth shut and deny everything.

I was watching cops the other day where the cop was real good with getting admissions out of criminals. One guy was being arrested for possible burglary of tools. And I remember what the cop said. He says "The truth will set you free!" And the guy eventually admitted to it. As soon as he did, he asked him to turn around and put his hands behind his back and that he's being arrested. The guy was even nice enough (or dumb enough) to show the cops where he got it from!

BTW I was on my way to trial before the judge offered me his personal plea that I pled open to. If I had gone all the way, and lost, I would have done 3 years in state prison. I was looking at a 16-2-3. Anywhere from 16 months in jail to 2-3 years in state prison. It was my first offense though but you never know. Sometimes Its up to the jurors to decide on your sentence. But in some cases, the judge decides everything.

fdisk is a partition utility and has very format capability. If you have assumed the the 'f' in fdisk stands for format, then your assumption is simply incorrect.

Anyway, I'm glad that we are in agreement that a real full disk format is a non-reversible action.

as far as him cleaning out his house, that's a great way to get a person busted. clean off your computer, yes. but don't go packing up all your gear and ancillary tools and putting it in your car to take it somewhere else. In most states in the US, you have absolutely NO rights in a car. All the officer would have to do is keep his eyes open for the car that was parked outside your place and pull you for any bullshit infraction he feels like making up at the time. from there it's just a simple matter of searching the car and booking you for everything he finds, since you'll already have it bundled up for him instead of having to search through the house for it. I've known two people who got busted because the cops spooked them into thinking they were going to get raided and they got popped when they tried to load up their cars that night.


if you haven't already moved your gear, I'd tell you to finish up your current cycle where you are. Afterwards, you can destroy the syringes, vials, and labels inside your house before disposing of them somewhere other than your own neighborhood.

that's why i'm so worried bro, i've been to prison and have absolutely no intention of ever going back. i straightened my whole life out after that and vowed to never do a thing that could get me caught up. but then i found gear. which in itself pisses me off that i could easily go to prison over gear considering i do nothing wrong, i am hurting no one, i am a social worker that works with very troubled kids, i have a stable quiet life with a girlfriend and a cat and i spend my free time at the gym and i bother no one. yeah, let's send me away over some gear. shouldn't even be worried about this shit, they should just let us be.
