So many choices!

Ok so here is my situation. I've never done major steroids (one cycle of H-drol). I've been reading up on steroids the last year or so trying to stay educated before doing them. I'm 22 185 pounds 9% body fat working out since 16. I'm moving into a work place where I need to be stronger bigger all the goodies. I got on a city fire department. The guys are leaps and bounds ahead of me. Our workouts are very cardio based. One workout..

8 different stations/workouts 8 reps 8 rotations through the stations. Must be completed under 35 minutes

135 lb deadlifts
Pullups
Pushups
V-up abs
50 lb clean and press dumbell (4 each arm)
50 lb kettle bell swings
4 ft high box jumps
Burpees/ up downs whatever you want to call them

So that is just one workout. On off days I lift heavy (4 days a week). Very healthy diet, even though I do slip every once in a while.
Ok that's pretty much the situation. Now I just need a cycle that might fit that... I've read through so many choices it's just so much. Looking for some ideas of cycles to run.

well most people are just going to say keep it simple and run testosterone @ 500mg/week for 12-16 weeks.
Have an antiestrogen on hand
Take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during your cycle for your nuts
And have your pct in hand before you start

Tons of information on how to run those if you use the search feature. Some might argue for higher or lower dose of test or slight variations of using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and post cycle therapy (pct). So research their reasonings as to why they do what they do.
good luck and dont get fancy with the cycles starting out. Testosterone is king

keep it simple.......just test. how many 135lb deads do you do? ive never tried reppin out on it but im sure it would take a while.

So just test? No stack or anything? Jeeze I don't even know... We haven't repped it out either. But it's a lot because we incorporate what we do on the job in our workouts so we do deads OFTEN.

yes bro test is all you need for your first. it will be a learning experience with the test alone.............slow and steady wins the race.

Throw in some cheat meals/days as well your body fat is plenty low that you should be able to benefit nicely but don't just eat shit for your cheats cheat with a fucken purpose like a cheese steak or a pizza as opposed to ice cream and a dozen Krispy Kremes.

Test e will do just fine as u only need to pin twice a week. Test prop is eod or ed if u wish and that can be abit much for a first cycle.

ok, but i read prop you ge more test and it hits you faster than E which i heard will take 4 to 5 wks? pin pain and injection spots dont worry me tooo much.

So pin pain and injection spots dont worry you too much.
How many injections have you done?
Do you know how to inject?

Just stcik to Test-E, and read before you do anything, or you will be back on here asking if the pain and redness in my leg is normal.

HAHAHAHAHA hell yea he will, with prop at least. That shit leaves a nice knot the first couple times you use it.

Yeah I had a friend who was a relative newbie about 10 years ago get some test prop and shot a cc into each calf to start out. Lol
THe dipshit could barely walk! Just remembered that hehe (and its not one of those friends who turn out to be the person telling the story, he was a goofball and not me)
I had a vial of test e/prop blend that didnt cause any problems but that was before I rolled my own test e from powder at like a 1/15 the price.

Nbrady dont worry about the prop, it may kick in sooner but it doesnt take THAT long to feel the test enanthate. I feel it in a week and definitely by week 2 and you will too b/c you are not used to having test in your system. I dont know what the rush is, guys research taking their cycle for weeks and months, then they want to have it kick in 2 days after they take their first shot. The advantages of less painful injection site and less frequent injections are worth the extra week or two to ease into your cycle. After 3 weeks you will definitely be liking test e.
And test prop has a shorter ester so mg per mg, test prop has more testosterone base per each mg injected, but all that means is that you just make up for it with the larger enanthate dosing.

After a few cycles if you want you can add some compounds to your cycle if you want to experiment but save them for when you can more fully utilize them. First cycle would be overkill. Get your feet wet with testosterone enanthate

I'm an EMT I pin peeps all day long... And trust me I got pricked a shitload in EMS school to know what to do and what not to do. Pain is pain I've read prop hurts but whats the big deal if you stick the pin in right.

So @ UODucks thanks for giving knowledge and real life. Now that you mention that I don't have test in my system it makes sense to just stick with test E.

Then you are a step up on most of the first timers.

Yes Prop can be a bitch on virgin muscle.
IMO if you stick with a cycle of Test-E, diet and workout correctly, you will be happy with the results.

Good luck, keep us posted on your results.
I was a part time EMT for 10 years, it can be fun but dangerous, in some neighborhoods.

how about no gear and limit your heavy lifting outside of your fireman training? it sounds like you are probably overtraining.
