So what is your natural, holding weight?

What i mean is, if you stop working out for a while and start eating like a normal human being, what happens to your weight? Were do you naturally stabilize at?
Include some info, such as years training, weight before stopping, and weight you stabilized at after stopping.

I havent worked out for about 2.5 months, due to a vacation and then breaking my hand and being casted up. I was 248lb before i stopped, and have since stabilized at 230lbs has gotten me kinda bummed, but i know i twill come back.
 
I,m at 210 after getting back in the gym at a 2yr layoff.Been lifting 17yrs on and off.When I wasn,t traing during my 2yr lafoff I blew up to 240lbs at aheight of 5ft9".
I found the gains I lost came back after about 6months of good diet training and rest.
 
6 months? Oh lord i hope it doesnt take me that long to get myself back together.

I really think geting into this life style has made me more self conscuious than i was when i started.
 
nope. not in the gym at the moment. just got my cast off, but i am splinted up and not allowed to hold weights. Brings a tear to my eye. I suppose i will just go and ride the bike.
 
i generally maintain about 220-225 off and at regular training etc...when on i can range 210-215 on or 225-235 on dependent on what i am going for...right now i am at 215-218...

i broke my hand fighting. Stupid, i know.
And as far as my weight goes, i was 245lb while not on any gear. I am now 230 with no gear also.
 
200 or so, it really depends if my diet is good or not.. hey bro broken hand huh?? what did you punch??? ...LOL

well, the first 2 shots were on my friends face. But one of them grazed his head and landed on the cinder block wall behind his head.

When people talk shit, no one is safe. lol
 
While "on" I can mantain 270 Pounds but I'm laying off for a couple of months and after one month "off" shit I'm 280 and that's not the best part I'm even at the gym 5 days a week doing the damn bike 30min.
 
jesus rocket. How old are you, years training, etc. Are you a solid 270 or are you a little pudgy? Were you a thin guy before you started training, r were you built large by birth?
 
If I eat how I want, I'd be a very soft 215. I ate my way to 240 before though (harder), so by now I could be really fat if I truly "ate how I wanted."
 
200 as of now probably 185 -190 5'7 been training 4-5 yrs never stopped more than 2 weeks will be not training for 3 weeks next month but i never eat "normal"
 
Johnny J .. I'm just a little dirty white boy *grin* lifted weights all my life but serious now for just under a year....
Hell I was 310 "Big Show Style" I got that way over a 15 year course (no additives) Now,
40yrs old
6 foot
Solid 275
19 inch arms
50 chest
46 inch waist and the fun has just begun!!!
 
I was about 230 pounds of flab before I joined a gym, so that's where I would be if I was still on the fast track to an early heart attack.
 
I think I hover right around 200. After my back surgery with no lifting and hardly any food I was right at 195. Got on gear and started lifting again and hopped up to almost 230. Right now after doing lots of cardio, hunting on the weekends, and hurting my shoulder, I am at 210 and holding steady.

Been working out for about 10 years.
