Is this true that they have to be cold at all times,I am just wondering cause I want to make sure mine r shipped in ice paks.I know some gh dosent have to be cold until mixed.Thanks

Serostim's don't need to, but the rest do. Make sure they're sent with an ice pack overnight.

yeah, only seronos don't have to be kept cold until reconstituted.
