I am a beginner. I am 34 years old, 5'10" and 220 pounds. When I began working out a year and a half ago, I was 265 pounds. I was married and content (u know how that story). Now I am recently single and I want to get my body looking great!

I did a 10 week cycle if Test 250 about a year ago. I was amateur about it and I'm sure I didn't get the gains I could have, but it did help. I've been doin it naturally got the last year. I'm eating right, I lift weights about five times a week and I do cardio on those days as well. I'm kinda plateauing right now. I wanna do more.

Any suggestions on a cycle I could take to start becoming a monster? I want to gain muscle mass and shed fat. Asking a lot, I know. But I just want to look good and not be self conscious about takin my shirt off in public. If that makes any sense.

I've done some research on this forum and I was thinkin maybe:
8 weeks of T-250 twice a week (1cc each pin)
4 weeks (the first 4) of D-Bol 20mg per day.

What would u suggest? Again I am ignorant when it comes to this so please be sympathetic and work with me. LOL.

Whats your exact diet at the moment including macros? diet is what will make the difference.

8 weeks really isnt long enough. look more towards the 12 weeks mark

Your body fat percentage is not appropriate for a cycle. You carry a lot more aromatase enzymes than that of a male at 15% body fat or less. This translates to a cumbersome journey towards estrogen management. Furthermore; elevated blood pressure is of higher concern at 20% body fat. These are only a couple of issues you would face from a host of complaints.

It's in your best interest to lower your body fat percentage so that you can have a manageable cycle. Frankly, cycling any anabolic steroid at this stage would prove to be fruitless, as you won't notice any changes in the mirror. You'll get much stronger, but it ends there and the strength would soon fade.

I recommend that you spend time in the nutrition section and learn how to eat, as nutrition is the dominant player in the anabolic world. Steroids would merely amplify the effects of a nutritional plan. A poor plan would yield poor results.

Best of luck to you.

Ok. I'm sorry, but what is "macros?" I'm retarded, I know. LOL

I cut out all rice, white potatoes, breads, sweets and carbonated drinks. I'll eat a ham or tuna sandwich on wheat occasionally. Usually a protein (fish, chicken, etc.) and vegetables mostly. I try to get most of my fat and carbs in the morning. Oatmeal, protein shake, an egg maybe.

Then a snack 3 hours later. Something like a protein shake, handful of whole nuts, apple, banana or maybe a scoop if peanut butter.

Then lunch 3 hours later. A protein and some veggies. Maybe a glass of milk.

Another small snack 3 hours later. Protein shake or banana.

Then a pretty light dinner. Again, a protein and some veggies.

Then usually workout for an hour or so. Then about 30 minutes of cardio (stair master, elliptical, swim laps, or tread mill).

Them a protein shake after my workout.

I've gathered this info from a friend of mine who trains a little. I am open to all suggestions.

That one sentence there, combined with you BF is exactly why you shouldnt be using PEDS at the moment.

MACROS - Protein, Carbs, Fat, Kcals

How do you know how many calories your eating, or how many grams of fat / protein / carbs - how do you know you have done everything you can possibly do with your diet if you dont count them?

Ok. How do I know how many carbs, protein, etc.? I'm not a body builder and I'm not planning on competing. Just wanna look awesome. Make sense? Thanks for ur input.

Correction. I'm about 16% body fat now. I underestimated myself. But I'm still ignorant on the fact. Is there a possibility for me now?

This plateau you speak of is nothing more than a stall in your nutrition plan. There is soooo much that goes into your diet. This isn't meant to be an insult, but not knowing what a macro is a good indication you should be nowhere near AAS.

Spend some time in research and work on your diet and training. I think these things will get you more of the results you're looking for.

But Honestly, the choice is yours. You can obviously do what you please. I just don't think it's for you right now, and i think others would agree.
