So currently i don't think my diet is too bad but and its a big but i am gaining fat at a fast rate as well as muscle mass, there could be a couple of factors here one being i'm eating too much/the wrong things and the other being i'm diabetic and fat gains are just a thing that happens,

6' 168lbs and growing 31 years old currently consuming 2800-3000 calories ed running test @ 400 mg ew.

90% is calories in vs calories out bro, if ur gaing too much weigth too quickly cut the calories***8230;
and while on test e, u will gain some water as well [adex may help with that]

forgot to say i am running adex @ .25mg eod, so how big a calorie drop would you suggest i'm thinking maybe 500 ed or should i drop it gradually until i start to notice the fat loss?

Whoa whoa whoa hold up for a second here. You're 6' tall and 168 lbs? If you're getting fat at that weight you are doing something really wrong. Post up your entire daily diet, not just total cals.. If you really want help the only way you'll get ACCURATE help is to post up everything you eat and your schedule, time you wake up/meals broke down with macros/ time you workout and what you eat pwo. This is way to vague fir anyone to help you. But seriously 168 and getting fat?? No fuckin way man. What is your bf%? How long have you been training?

Body fat is around 14-15% was training natty for 2 years and struggled to gain weight at all with any diet so decided to get some advice from a guy in the gym (not the best idea) this is also my first cycle im running, so diet here goes, i wake around 7am every morning and start my day with a calorie protein shake @ 500 cals broke down to 25g protein 22g fat and 48g carbs i follow this up an hour later with 130g oats giving me just under 500 cals 14g protein 80g carbs 10g fat, at about 1130-12 i have 200g chicken breast with brown rice 200 cals 38g protein 4g fat for the chicken and the rice is 200g 216 calories 2g fat 45g carbs 5g protein then i head to the gym for 1pm i train for around 2 hours and do not consume anything during the workout other than amino acids and 2 bananas 240 cals, post workout i have a 500 cal shake the same as i do in the am and a jacket potato with tuna mayo broke down to approx 400 cals 11g fat 46g carbs and 5-6g protein then at 6pm i would have a pasta bake broke down to approx 630 cals 12g fat 84g carbs 36g protein, then just before bed i will have a whey isolate only protein shake 117 cals 21g protein 1.6g fat and 5.6 carbs, this is an example of a typical day i do mix things up but try to keep to this amount of cals etc just with diff foods, hope this helps.

When i actually look at this diet in detail myself im thinking i should drop some carbs and increase protein intake! i always knew what i was eating but seeing it properly broken down makes a difference!:insane:

That is a headache and a half to read. Can you lay your diet out like this:

Meal 1 Total pro/carb/fat/cals
Xgrams of whatever
Xamount of this

And etc... I didnt read your whole post but i would remove the mass gainer shakes.. Stick to whey protein isolate ONLY post work out if you can. And maybe a casein shake before bed but thats the only two times you should be drinking shakes. Especially since it appears your gettin over 1000cals from liquid?

yeh i get i laid it out long lol and ok i will lose the calorie shakes and stick to isolate also my fat is lower belly fat im not actually fat anywhere else could the fact i do my insulin injections in my lower stomach fat be keeping this there? i am injecting insulin 10 times a day should i try somewhere else for these jabs? also never been so fat before could some be due to a waiting time in my metabolism adjusting to the increased intake?

Wow looks like im gonna be jumping on this keto/ckd diet for many reasons it strips fat by making your body use it as fuel as well as being the best diet for diabetics like me trying to put size on i am fully game thanks again for ya input guys!

Pretty much all men will store fat in the lower belly first.. Its usually the last place to disappear too. Deffs look into 3J man, I'm getting with him soon as my pcts over.

Good luck man. Hire 3j tell him you're interested in keto and he will take great care of you, I guarantee that!! I'm so confident that if you hire him and follow his plan and you aren't happy with the results I will personally reimburse you any and all fees you pay him, that is how much I trust the man.

Absolutely insulin injections can cause fat accumulation at the site. This is something you should talk to your doctor about.

im kinda edging towards the fat being there due to years of insulin jabs as top 4 abs can be seen in a morning and only disappear as the food goes down during the day everywhere else im good but could never shift this fat and never gained much either thats why i went to the extreme of loading like mad lol
