Some lab result questions

So I got back a lab set results that I did because of nipple sensitivity and lumps behind nipples, which I had from years past but we're now hurting. Keep in mind this is a Peak draw, 24 hours after pin of test cyp .3cc.
Hct 48 range 38-50
Free T 2.07 range .87-5.47
Total T 1014 r 300-1000
Estradiol 72 r 20-75
Shbg 38 r 10-50

The reason I post is about estradiol. My estradiol has been around 36 while on pellets and the first month of injections. I am not prescribed an AI. Is estradiol that high at a peak par for the course? My Dr had me take a course of tamoxifen for one bottle and the nip sensitivity has not returned. The draw was done August 10.
I pin q 3.5 days with 60mg test c

Can you post the units and reference ranges for your results please?

How many milligrams of test are you taking per week and what is your pining frequency?

Thanks. But you forgot to post the units.

You E2 is too high if that is pg/ml. Looks like you need to take a little bit of an AI on the days you pin.
