Someone point my training in right direction

Ok I'm 215ish, 6' 1" and 27.
I've been off training for a while, spent last year injured and even before that it was off and on, I'm not like blobby or fat gut, but there is definetly more fat than muscle under my skin lol, I'd guess 60-40 ratio.

Anyways, I wanna reach about 260-280 in solid muscle, so where do u recommend i go from here?
would stripping my weight be best or is that just going backwards if I wanna grow?
I was thinking about strength and bulking eating and training, but with extra cardio, so that i'm basically spending the first few months turning what i got to muscle, instead of dropping a few stone.
What u guys think?
 
you read the deadlift sticky yet? there is already a bunch of training info posted on here to read. IA has a sticky with 5 routines posted at the top of ther page.

read the stickies and watch the clips.
