Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could take to stop the pain in my left shoulder. Dont knwo if anyone red but i was in a car accident or watever , and since its been 2 weeks, and im feeling pretty good and thinking of goin back to the gym, but ive been getting alot of popping and stress on it, and so i did maybe like 4 pushups and i can normally do about 60, and its been about 4 hours and its so sore its not even funny, so idk wat this means. Is there anything i could take or is this just my joint isnt ready yet?
